ADVERSITY PROMPTS INNOVATION
What are you innovating right now?
The ability to innovate is at the heart of creativity, a vital component in success.
A professor at Houston University recognized that we need to equate failure with innovation instead of defeat. Jack Matson developed a course the college students would nickname, "Failure 101." They had to build mock-ups of products that no one would ever buy in order to instill that failure is a necessary step toward success. Matson called it learning to "reload and shoot again."
So, what are you innovating right now?
